📅 Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The deposit amount is 50% of the total booking fee.
Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
❌ Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event require full payment.
If DJ4KLUB must cancel due to an emergency, all payments will be fully refunded.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the event.
Deposits may be transferred one time to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
🔒 Event Commitment
Once your deposit is received, DJ4KLUB commits to reserving your date and declining other bookings for that time.
